Milestone in the World Climate Game: 100 Games in 2025

In 2025, we reached a special milestone: the World Climate Game was played more than 100 times. In over one hundred sessions, participants developed essential life skills, took responsibility, and repeatedly “saved the world” through play.

Nearly all groups came to the same core realization: cooperation is the key to a peaceful and climate-neutral world.

In 2025, the World Climate Game was implemented in five different countries. Alongside numerous sessions in Austria, the game was held in Germany, Switzerland, and South Tyrol. For the first time, the World Climate Game was also played in Liechtenstein, marking another step in its international reach.

This milestone highlights the importance of educational spaces that enable shared learning, collective action, and shaping the future. Many more games are planned for 2026.
